Kamatama
Unagi Kamatama
Broiled eel. Our kamatama noodles are a sauce based dish consisting of organic eggs and soy sauce. We then top it with substantial portion of the broiled eel. Once you take a bite into the eel it immediately melts in your mouth
Mentaiko Kamatama
Spicy cod roe. Our mentaiko kamatama is a sauce based udon which uses a significant amount of spircy cod roe. Since the cod roe is loaded with umami and salt it gives a nice flavor to the udon
Otafuku Yaki-Udon
Our otafuku udon is another 1 of our sauce based udon where we season the noodles with okonomi sauce then top it with pork, vegetables, prawn and a sunny side up
Sweet Soy Sauce Yaki-Udon
Our sweet soy sauce yaki-udon is similar to the Chinese style stir-fried noodles, but we use udon noodles instead. We flavor the noddles with soy sauce and sweet rice wine. We then top the dish with bean sprouts and a variety of vegetables. This dish comes with 3 options beef, chicken and tofu. Our tofu dish comes with the option of regular broth and vegan broth
